Jamie M. Faust, RN, MSN, FNP-C

Jamie has been in healthcare for more than 20 years. She began as a Medical Lab Tech. She continued her education earning several degrees, before working towards her Masters of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. As a Family Nurse Practitioner she began her career in nephrology managing kidney disease. It was then that she found her true passion of caring for her patients like family. After caring for many chronically ill patients, it was clear to Jamie that patients need a provider to also be their advocate. It was then that Care Like Family was created. A personalized approach to achieve individualized care as if they were family. Care Like Family is designed to bring healthcare to you. Jamie will see you in your home, where you are most comfortable, or on a video call if preferred. Then each problem, medication and question is addressed. A comprehensive care plan will be established with lab studies, monitoring parameters, and expected outcomes are identified. Jamie has a passion for managing blood pressure, diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
